Origin of our coconut bowl:
Farmers in Vietnam hand pick the coconuts for our bowls. There is no need to worry about the ethics of our bowls as we have done thorough research into their production. Monkeys are often used for picking coconuts for such products, but we have made sure that ours are picked by people who make a living from coconut harvesting. There are many farmers in Vietnam that make a living this way.

Our supplier describes their organisation as a place where workers think of each other as family and are always happy to support one another. In terms of sustainability, they have installed systems to make full use of recycled waste, and are proud to have created jobs locally.

Why the high price?
Our coconut bowl is polished on both sides. Some companies sell them with only the inside polished and the outside is furry. In addition to this, we ship them from Vietnam with minimal plastic. A coconut bowl is an investment; you can use the bowl time and time again, either for smoothie bowls, buddha bowls, cereal, or even to hold keys/ jewellery!

The coconut spoon has a smooth design and because this is a natural product each individual spoon has a unique grained pattern. Best used with cold food such as smoothie bowls and cereal.
